Dark Eden Merges Server Worlds, Launches Growth Event

Developer Softon is consolidating two server worlds in the horror action MMORPG Dark Eden, bringing players from separate communities together in a unified space. The merger of the Changer and Dacia worlds into Illyria takes effect during scheduled maintenance on October 7, accompanied by a month-long progression event designed to support both new and returning players.

Changer world residents will automatically gain access to Illyria without requiring additional steps. Players on the Dacia world can request character transfers through the official website, with full guild migration support available. Existing guilds can transfer their accumulated level, experience, skills, and reputation to a newly established guild within Illyria. Softon framed the consolidation as an effort to create a healthier game environment and enable cross-world player interaction.

The growth support event runs through November 4 and targets characters between levels 401 and 600 with a tripled experience multiplier. New characters created during the event period receive rewards at eight milestone thresholds spaced across 20-level intervals between levels 361 and 501. Progression rewards include colored runes—blue variants reduce incoming damage while green variants boost monster damage or enable health steal—along with specific equipment pieces at higher levels. The level 441 checkpoint grants an Ethereal Silver Chain (Bound) +4, while reaching level 501 awards an Iron Wall Core Zap (Bound) +4.

Fresh character creation grants six immediate support items: a 10X6 Pack, an aerial mount box suited to character race, an Epic-tier Fortune Pig, an Awakened Hunting Contract, a 2-Option Crystal Box, and an Incense of Iron Wall. Some rewards carry limited usage periods.

Beyond the core growth event, Softon is running concurrent initiatives across all worlds through November 4. Daily mission rewards and equipment enhancement events focus on six specific items: 10th Anniversary Core Zap, Dark Onyx Core Zap, Iron Wall Core Zap, Ethereal Silver Chain, Battlefield Ethereal Chain, and Cue of Battle Sword. A separate Halloween login reward event spans October 28 to November 3, distributing items including Boost Liquid, Growth Accelerator of White Light, and Spooky Ghost Box to players who log in during the window.
