The Uchiha clan stands as one of the most storied lineages in the Naruto universe, renowned for their distinctive crimson eyes and mastery of forbidden jutsu. Among their most exclusive and devastating techniques is the Perfect Susanoo, a manifestation of immense power that only the most skilled Uchiha can achieve. This ability represents the pinnacle of what the clan's ocular prowess can accomplish, and only a select few have ever wielded it at its full potential.
Ranking fourth among Perfect Susanoo users is Madara Uchiha, widely regarded as the greatest member of the Uchiha clan. Born during the Warring States period, Madara endured constant warfare and personal tragedy, losing numerous family members including his own brother. These experiences drove him to pursue strength above all else, leading him to unlock numerous powerful techniques throughout his lifetime. During his climactic confrontation with Hashirama Senju, Madara demonstrated the versatility of his Perfect Susanoo by using it to encase the Nine-Tailed Beast, providing additional armor that enhanced the beast's durability. He also deployed the Susanoo independently during their final battle, though even this immense power ultimately proved insufficient to secure victory against his rival.
Sasuke Uchiha occupies the third position on this ranking. As the deuteragonist of the series, Sasuke's journey involved constant struggle against the Curse of Hatred that plagued his clan, a burden he overcame largely through Naruto's unwavering support. His competitive nature and combination of tactical intelligence and relentless training allowed him to surpass many of his peers. Following Itachi's death, Sasuke awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan and later obtained the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan in both eyes, granting him permanent access to devastating techniques like Amaterasu and Susanoo without the risk of blindness. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Sasuke repeatedly deployed his Perfect Susanoo, utilizing it not merely as a weapon of destruction but as a conduit for channeling the collective power of the nine-tailed beasts to create Indra's Arrow, an attack potent enough to neutralize Naruto's ultimate technique. His acquisition of the Rinnegan further enhanced his Susanoo's capabilities, enabling it to shield both himself and others from the effects of the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Kakashi Hatake claims the second position despite not being born an Uchiha. Throughout his ninja career, Kakashi achieved remarkable feats, from graduating the academy ahead of schedule to mastering the Sharingan despite its fundamental incompatibility with his physiology. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Kakashi faced overwhelming odds against opponents like Obito, Madara, and Kaguya. His fortunes changed dramatically when Obito transferred six portions of his chakra and both Mangekyo Sharingan to him. This transformation granted Kakashi access to both close and long-range variants of Kamui, and crucially, a full-body Susanoo powered by Six Paths chakra. This Susanoo came equipped with Kamui shurikens that could warp and seal targets into the Kamui dimension upon contact, making Kakashi nearly unstoppable in combat.
Indra Otsutsuki ranks first among Perfect Susanoo users. As the ancestor of the Uchiha clan and eldest son of Hagoromo Otsutsuki, Indra's presence in the narrative, though limited, proved profoundly significant. He was responsible for initiating the Curse of Hatred that would define the Uchiha clan for generations to come. Beyond his historical importance, Indra stood among the most formidable beings in the entire series. Inheriting his father's immense chakra reserves and ocular abilities, Indra possessed access to the Mangekyo Sharingan and the ability to summon Susanoo. His Perfect Susanoo would have represented an extraordinarily dangerous force capable of eliminating most threats with relative ease, a testament to the raw power inherited from his divine lineage.
