The Persona Live Tour 2026 wrapped up in Seoul after drawing enthusiastic crowds to the YES24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu. The concert, titled "Persona Live Tour 2026 – Resonance," showcased the franchise's most beloved musical tracks performed live by a full band with vocalists, creating an atmosphere more akin to a rock festival than a typical video game concert.

Demand for the event proved so strong that organizers expanded the schedule. Initially, only an evening performance on the 3rd was planned, but the show sold out immediately. The overwhelming response from Korean fans prompted the addition of a matinee session on the same day. This surge in interest reflected the deep connection Persona fans in South Korea have with the franchise, following a previous Big Band concert at Kyung Hee University that had similarly drawn large crowds.
The concert's setup emphasized the music itself. The entire first floor was configured as standing room, allowing attendees to jump and move freely throughout the performance—a feature fans had specifically requested after the previous Beijing concert, where seating restrictions limited their ability to fully engage. The second floor offered seated tickets for those who preferred a more stationary viewing experience. The dedicated live venue provided exceptional sound quality, with the band's instruments and vocalists' voices delivered with crystal clarity that made even familiar tracks feel fresh and new.
The performance focused exclusively on the band and vocalists, eschewing the dancers and elaborate character-based visuals that had featured in previous tours. This stripped-down approach allowed the audience to concentrate fully on the music. The setlist drew primarily from Persona 3 Reload and the Persona 5 series, with performances by vocalists Lyn, Azumi Takahashi, and Lotus Juice. Tracks ranged from popular vocal pieces that encouraged crowd participation to instrumental medleys, including selections from Persona 5 spin-offs like Tactica, Strikers, and The Phantom X, as well as Episode Aigis content from Persona 3 Reload. One notable absence was "Memories of You," which fans had anticipated hearing.
The concert's most unexpected moment came when music from Persona 2 suddenly began playing, catching the audience off guard. During the encore, organizers surprised attendees with a Persona 4 Medley commemorating the upcoming Persona 4 Revival, scheduled for release in February 2027. The crowd's initial shock quickly transformed into enthusiastic cheers, with fans rapidly adjusting their penlight colors to match the performance. This moment underscored a broader realization among attendees: while individual fans may favor specific entries in the series, true Persona fandom encompasses appreciation for the entire franchise.
From beginning to end, the two-hour performance maintained high energy throughout. Attendees jumped, waved penlights, and sang along with the intensity typically reserved for major rock concerts. The atmosphere was notably free of self-consciousness, with everyone participating fully in the communal experience of celebrating music from games they loved. The concert's success left many eager to return home and replay the Persona games, demonstrating the unique power of live gaming music events to deepen engagement with the source material.
Yosuke Uda, Business Producer at Persona Studio, expressed gratitude to Korean fans for their support during the concert. He indicated that the development team hopes to bring future Persona live performances to South Korea, contingent on fan interest and scheduling. Uda also encouraged continued support for Persona 4 Revival ahead of its February 18, 2027 release date, thanking attendees once more for their participation in the tour.
