Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Cast Features Hollywood

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, which launched on October 23, 2026, assembles a cast of recognizable actors to bring its military campaign to life. The game's story centers on conflict on the Korean Peninsula and features both established and newly introduced characters, many performed by television and film talent whose likenesses and voices appear throughout the campaign.

The roster includes several actors known for recent television work. Joseph Lee, recognized for his role in Netflix's Beef, voices Kwon "Kal" Hae-Soo, while Young Mazino, also from Beef, plays South Korean soldier Park Hyun-Jun. Prisca Kim, who appeared in Season 2 of the same series, portrays North Korean military officer Ri Ju-Young. Shawn Hatosy, known for his work in The Pitt and Animal Kingdom, takes on the role of General O'Leary, while Luke Tennie, who appeared in both Shrinking and The Pitt, plays Lieutenant West.

Several cast members bring experience from previous Call of Duty titles. Barry Sloane returns as the commanding Captain John Price, a character he has portrayed in earlier Modern Warfare games. Julian Kostov reprises his role as Vladimir Makarov, the series' primary antagonist, having previously played Fedyor Kaminsky in Netflix's Shadow and Bone. Rya Kihlstedt returns as CIA officer Kate Laswell and has also appeared in the 2025 horror film Final Destination Bloodlines.

The game also features talent from film and broader television backgrounds. Mads Mikkelsen, known for roles in Doctor Strange and Casino Royale, plays the mysterious character The Archer and previously appeared in Death Stranding. María Elisa Camargo reprises her role as Valeria Garza, leader of the Las Almas Cartel, and appeared in the 2025 action film Off the Grid. William Lipton, recognized from General Hospital and The Runarounds, portrays Corporal Dunn. Jae Kim, who appeared in Season 8 of S.W.A.T., plays Sergeant So Jae-Woo, while Lanny Joon, known for Baby Driver, takes on the role of Ko Jin-Hyuk.

Rounding out the cast, Jeongmin Cho, a Los Angeles-based actor, portrays North Korea's Supreme Leader in the campaign narrative.

The combination of returning performers and new additions creates a campaign populated by faces audiences may recognize from popular streaming platforms, television dramas, and theatrical releases. This casting approach allows players to encounter familiar talent while progressing through the game's military storyline.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is available across multiple platforms, including PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
