Ghost Town Games, the studio behind the beloved kitchen-chaos simulator Overcooked!, is venturing into spooky territory with Stage Fright, an upcoming two-player cooperative adventure. Rather than managing a hectic restaurant, players will tackle escape-room-style puzzles and unravel mysteries within a creepy town setting.
The game emphasizes teamwork and communication as two players work through obstacles and environmental challenges together. While maintaining the chaotic, comedic energy Ghost Town Games perfected with Overcooked!, Stage Fright balances its eerie atmosphere with a charming, colorful aesthetic and endearing characters. The experience follows three protagonists—Drew, Blake, and Charlie—through interconnected coming-of-age narratives told from multiple perspectives.

Stage Fright supports both online and local co-op modes, including split-screen functionality, making it ideal for friends playing together on the same device. The title is confirmed for Steam and Nintendo Switch, though a specific launch date has not yet been announced. Players interested in the game can add it to their Steam wishlist.
