How to Solve Hasava’s Crystal Cube Puzzles in Genshin Impact

Hasava, a Domovoy character in Genshin Impact, presents players with a series of crystal cube construction challenges in the Kristall Refinery on the eastern side of Downtown Novokitezhgrad. The NPC stands near two Remarkable Chests and one Exquisite Chest, which become accessible upon completing all three puzzle stages. Like other challenges scattered throughout Novokitezhgrad, progressing through Hasava's trials unlocks additional rewards.

To begin, travel to the Kristall Refinery Teleport Waypoint and head southeast to locate Hasava. Speaking with him initiates the cutter training challenge, which requires players to gather crystals from the surrounding area and arrange them into specific formations to create pathways for the Domovoy to traverse.

The opening puzzle serves as an introductory stage. Players must construct two small cubes in the center area, then position two large rectangular cubes on top of them. This arrangement forms a simple bridge structure that allows Hasava to cross.

The second challenge increases in complexity. Begin by placing a rectangular cube on the lower left section, then add another rectangular cube above it, shifted slightly to the right. Stack a third rectangular cube on top to complete the walking path. From there, position a slope descending from the rectangular formation, followed by a final slope that reaches the endpoint.

The third and final puzzle demands more careful planning. Start by placing a rectangular cube on the bottom left above a square cube, then add a square cube on top of the rectangular piece on its leftmost edge. Construct a slope downward from the starting position, followed by another slope leading toward the default wooden boxes already present in the area. Place a third slope on the rightmost wooden box. On the bottom right side, stack two square cubes vertically, then position a rectangular cube on top of the upper square cube to connect with the slope structure. Complete the puzzle by building one final slope to reach the designated endpoint.

Successfully completing all three stages grants access to the nearby chests and fulfills Hasava's challenge.
