How to Solve the Old Kitezhgrad Precious Chest Seelie Puzzle

Players exploring Old Kitezhgrad in Genshin Impact will encounter a sealed Precious chest guarded by a Seelie puzzle that requires reuniting three spirit creatures with their statues to unlock the reward.

The puzzle appears south of the western waypoint in Old Kitezhgrad during the "Where Scales and Calamitous Crystals Remain" quest, which leads into the "A Tower that Once Surveyed Battlefields" quest. The chest remains inaccessible until all three Seelies are guided to their corresponding statues within the structure.

Finding the First Seelie

The initial Seelie is not the one visible upon arrival at the puzzle location. Instead, players should navigate through the building by following these steps:

• Head toward the stairs and climb them
• Turn toward the wooden plank and walk ahead
• Drop through a crack in the ground
• Approach the Seelie near the Prime Ice formation

A wall blocks the Seelie's path, so players must dismantle the Prime Ice to allow it to proceed outside. Alternatively, players can enter the building through a cracked wall where a Cryoculus floats inside. By placing a Jumping Platform near the wall, players can jump through to access the interior.

Locating the Second Seelie

Once the first Seelie is freed, it will float upward to the roof and move toward the second Seelie's location. To reach both creatures, players should either place a Jumping Platform or climb the wall to access the roof. From there, walking along the walls will lead to both Seelies. Following them down will guide players toward the Precious chest location.

Reaching the Third Seelie

When the first two Seelies reach their statues, they unlock a barrier that has been containing the third Seelie. Players must then guide this final spirit toward its Seelie court positioned near the Precious chest. Once all three Seelies are reunited with their statues, the chest unlocks, granting players access to its contents, including a chance to obtain one of the three missing Remnant Incense Guide items from Teplo Oasis.
