Marvel Rivals is expanding its gameplay with a large-scale cooperative mode launching in October 2026. The new experience, titled Path to Doomsday – Avengers: Endgame, will allow up to 50 players to band together against Thanos and his forces in a battle inspired by the climactic confrontation from the 2019 film.

The mode transports players to the ruins of the Avengers Compound, where they must coordinate to overcome the Mad Titan and his army. Rather than the competitive player-versus-player focus of Marvel Rivals' standard modes, this addition emphasizes teamwork and collective strategy as the core gameplay loop.
The cooperative mode arrives as part of Marvel Rivals Season 10.5 on October 22, 2026. NetMarvel has not yet detailed specific gameplay mechanics or reward structures for the new experience. The free-to-play superhero shooter remains available across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
