An unofficial cheat menu has emerged for Phantom Blade Zero, offering players over 15 different cheats to customize their experience on PC.
The community-created mod, available on Nexus Mods, provides a comprehensive suite of assistance tools. Players can enable god mode to ignore damage, activate automatic parrying and blocking, spawn rare items, multiply their damage output, access infinite consumables, and use several other quality-of-life features. Additional cheats include the ability to instantly refill Sha-Chi, disable map fog, enter stealth mode, remove fall damage, and save anywhere in the game.

The arrival of this cheat menu comes as players have reported significant difficulty with Phantom Blade Zero's combat encounters. Developer S-Game has already responded to community feedback by nerfing at least one boss, with additional balance adjustments expected. The game's challenging difficulty has driven some players to seek assistance, while others have taken the opposite approach.
Some modders are working to increase the game's difficulty rather than reduce it. One creator has transformed Phantom Blade Zero into a full Soulslike experience, introducing enemy respawns, the ability to lose Remnant Dust upon death, and bosses that reset to their original phase when defeated. The same modder has also developed additional mods that make basic attacks and dodges consume Sha-Chi resources and created a Boss Rush mode for players seeking maximum challenge.
For players preferring to tackle the game without modifications, guides covering optimal weapons, Phantom Edges, accessories, and character builds are available to help improve performance. The cheat menu remains exclusive to the PC version of the game, which launched on October 29, 2024, and is developed and published by S-Game.
