The Warden is now available as a playable Operator in Black Ops 7 and Warzone, though obtaining this character requires completing a challenging endgame challenge. Players must finish the Super Easter Egg, which the game describes as "surviving a playdate with the Twins."
The path to unlocking the Warden begins with progressing through the Main Quest on all six available maps. The good news is that this can be completed on any difficulty setting—Standard, Directed, or Cursed all count toward the requirement. Players do not need to tackle the hardest difficulty to make progress.
Once the Main Quest is finished across all maps, the next step involves collecting toys. Each map contains a Toy Box that players must locate and interact with. Solving the associated quest on each map yields both a toy and an Exfil opportunity. After gathering all six toys from their respective maps, players can proceed to Her House in Rex Infernus, where they place the collected toys on a shelf.

With the toys in place, players can initiate a boss rush mode that pits them against four consecutive bosses. The encounters occur in this sequence: Z-Rex, The Guardian, Caltheris the Needle, and finally the Warden, who includes a fourth phase to overcome. This final confrontation is the climax of the Super Easter Egg challenge.

Upon defeating the Warden in the boss rush, players will have successfully survived their playdate with the Twins. When returning to the lobby after this victory, the Warden Operator becomes available for use. Players can then equip him as their playable character in multiplayer and other modes.

Currently, no additional secrets or unlocks have been discovered that trigger specifically from playing as the Warden, though developers may add such content in future updates.
