Fortnite's September 2026 Crew Pack has arrived with the debut of Prisma, a vibrant new outfit that aligns with Chapter 7 Season 4's visual direction. The monthly subscription service, priced at $11.99, went live on September 1 and bundles together a comprehensive set of in-game benefits designed to enhance the seasonal experience without requiring separate purchases.
The Prisma Crew Pack delivers far more than just the featured skin. Members receive the Prisma outfit alongside a LEGO variant and additional style customizations, the Prisma Wings back accessory, and the Rainboard pickaxe. Beyond cosmetics, the subscription grants 800 V-Bucks—the premium currency—plus immediate access to multiple battle passes: the Chapter 7 Season 4 Battle Pass, the LEGO Ninjago Pass, the OG Season X Pass, and Festival Season 15's Music Pass. Console players also gain Rocket Pass Premium for Rocket League, expanding value across Epic Games' broader ecosystem.
Fortnite Crew launched in December 2020 and has maintained consistent pricing despite a V-Bucks cost increase that occurred last year. The subscription model operates on a 30-day billing cycle, with V-Bucks distributed only on the monthly billing date. If a player cancels before the next cycle begins, no additional V-Bucks are awarded. Pausing the subscription while working through a season's battle pass also prevents access to premium rewards until the subscription resumes. Epic Games has indicated plans to introduce tiered XP boosts exclusively for Crew members, though these have not yet been implemented.
The service is not pay-to-win in nature, but it does streamline access to seasonal content. Players who regularly spend V-Bucks on cosmetics often find the subscription cost-effective, as the 800 V-Bucks alone offset a portion of the monthly fee. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers receive Fortnite Crew as a complimentary add-on, provided their primary Epic Games account is linked to their Xbox account.
Prisma marks the 68th exclusive Crew skin released since the subscription's inception. Each month brings a new outfit available only during that calendar month; once the period ends, the skin becomes unobtainable. This exclusivity model encourages timely subscription decisions among collectors.
Purchasing Fortnite Crew is straightforward across platforms. In-game, players navigate to the Passes section from the lobby, select Fortnite Crew, and complete the subscription prompt. On PC, the Epic Games Store offers a dedicated subscription button after searching for "Fortnite Crew." PlayStation players follow the same in-game process but can use their PlayStation Wallet for payment. Xbox users with Game Pass Ultimate need only link their Epic Games account to their Xbox profile to activate Crew benefits automatically. Minors and those with restricted accounts require parental approval before purchase.
The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the billing date. Players unsatisfied with the service can cancel at any time, though doing so before the next cycle prevents further charges and V-Bucks distribution. Epic Rewards cannot be applied toward Crew purchases, and the subscription operates on a monthly-only basis—multi-month commitments are not available. With 68 skins now in the Crew rotation and pricing holding steady at $11.99, the service continues to appeal to players seeking consolidated access to seasonal passes and exclusive cosmetics.
